| Invitation of applications from the Members of Bar for consideration of their names for being designated as Senior Advocate. | NOTICE In terms of Rule 3(3) of the Uttarakhand High Court (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2018, the Hon’ble Permanent Committee, in its meeting held on 28.12.2021, has resolved to call for applications from the Members of the High Court Bar Association, who have put in 10 years of actual practice, as on 21.02.2022, for consideration of their names for being designated as Senior Advocates. All such Advocates are requested to furnish particulars in the Proforma prescribed under Rule 6(1) of the 2018 Rules as Appendix-A, on or before 21.02.2022, in the office of the Principal Private Secretary to Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice. It shall also be open to those Advocates, whose names were not favourably considered by the Full Court on 11.07.2019, to submit fresh applications on Appendix-Awithin the above prescribed time limit. |
