Hon’ble Mr. Justice Tarun Agarwala - Born on 03/03/1956. Graduated in Arts in the year 1978 from Allahabad University and Law from University of Allahabad. Enrolled as an advocate on 09/12/1981. Practiced in Civil Law, Constitutional, Taxation, Labour, Testamentary and Corporate Affairs matters at Allahabad High Court. Elevated as Additional Judge on 07/01/2004 at Allahabad High Court. Took oath as Permanent Judge on 18/08/2005 at Allahabad High Court. His Lordship was transferred to High Court of Uttarakhand and assumed office of a Judge of High Court of Uttarakhand on 25/09/2009. Was Acting Chief Justice from 25.09.2009 to 29.11.2009.
