Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mahesh Chand Jain :- Born on 18/10/1944. Did Graduation in Law in the year 1966. Obtained M.Com., M.A. and LL.M. degrees. Appointed as Munsif in January, 1969 and promoted in Higher Judicial Services on 16/05/1977. Elevated as a Judge of the Allahabad High Court on 05/02/1999. Transferred to the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital in the month of November, 2000. Again transferred to Allahabad High Court from High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital and took his oath of office as Judge of Allahabad High Court on 09/11/2001. Due to retire on 17/10/2006
